Ob in schwierigen Situationen wie bei Beschwerden, beim fachlichen Austausch, zum Beispiel mit JournalistInnenen, oder im klassischen Informationsgespr\u00e4ch am Telefon: Die gekonnte Kombination aus Zuh\u00f6ren und Nachfragen macht die Musik.
